Unknown Gravestone with Knitting needles and Crochet Hook

I am on a site called Nordic Knitters and someone posted this gravestone. If you look closely you'll see two knitting needles and a crochet hook. Both are embedded in the grave stone. I like this and think the family of this person did a great job with personalizing a grave stone.
