We decided to wait until Laura came home for Christmas to decorate the tree with all the ornaments that we've collected for the past 20 years. Many of them are ornaments that Laura and Johanna made in grade school, or I bought for them, so there are two identical ornaments. Someone (me) left candy canes in the ornament box over the winter, so there is a new sticky melted red candy cane residue on some of the ornaments this year.....
