Baby Booties

I knit a pair of baby booties. I'm not sure what possessed me to do this other than I wanted to try it. I think they're cute. And a while back I had purchased a pom-pom maker so I made a couple pom-poms for each bootie. I've been thinking about the little outfit that might go with the booties. Would I make a little sweater and a little hat? That would be cute. Little things go so much faster than adult things. I'm knitting a tank top and I'm stuck. I'm supposed to decrease the sleeves (it's sleeveless) and make a neck all at the same time. And it's mind boggeling to me how to do that without forgetting. I supposed I need to come up with a graph or keep track on paper. This is the part of knitting that confuses me. So, hence, the little baby slippers - I can handle those.
