These eggs were all laid the first two days. The eggs were found in their roosting boxes on Friday, Sept 2nd. I was so excited I could hardly stand it. I had to take photo's and I called everyone I knew that might be interested.
It was so much fun to find the eggs. I was so happy. It was the day I had been waiting for. And the eggs were / are so perfect. Arn't they beautiful???
These are the very first eggs. I wish I knew which chickens were laying them but I have no idea. The Rhode Island Red's were supposed to lay the brown ones, the Americana's are supposed to lay blue or green ones and the little Bantam should lay little white eggs.
